Welcome to the 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting, London 15-16th May
Important Information, please read this carefully before making your booking
You can view the online programme on the meeting page HERE. Then, to reserve your place check the registration type you require below and complete the form at the end of the page. In order to see member rates, you will need to be signed in to the site. If you wish to take advantage of member rates, you can join the BSUR HERE
If you wish to attend the workshop on the 14th of May you will need to book this seperately HERE
Don't forget to book your accommodation once you have your place at the meeting, any discounted rooms will be limited so please book early.
Important:
Within the booking form you will be asked to select a Parallel Sesion, you can see these in the meeting programme HERE. To help with room allocations at the meeting it would be great if you could indicate which Parallel session would be of most interest. If you are only attending 1 day, please only select sessions on the day you will be attending. These bookings are not fixed, you will be able to attend another session on the day if you prefer but you may find restrictions on attending due to limited capacity.
The ASM dinner which will be held at Olea Social @ 10 Upper St Martin’s Lane, WC2H 9FB can be selected as part of your booking at £60/place, you will be offered and option of Alchoholic or non alchoholic drinks, please select you preference.
BSUR is a Social Society and as part of your meeting attendance you would be very welcome to attend our Drinks reception on the Thursday evening and our 5K run on Friday morning.at 07:15. There will also be a guided tour of the area on Friday the 16th at lunchtime taking around 45 minutes please indicate if you're interested in joining this. There will be a charge of £3.00 and will be for a maximum of 30 people.
