BSUR postponement

17th Jul 2020

Dear Delegate,

Due to the current situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, the British Society of Urogenital Radiology has taken the difficult decision to postpone the Cambridge meeting to Spring/Summer 2021.

After very careful consideration, the BSUR committee has agreed that it would not be possible to run the rescheduled meeting on 24-25th September, as well as the prostate and gynaecological MRI workshops on 22-23rd September.

We appreciate this was expected under the circumstances, however we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The BSUR remains committed to protect the safety of all attendees during these uncertain times.

A full refund will be issued to you, onto the same card you used for payment. Please allow 7-10 working days for this to reach your account.

We will notify you once the new dates for the meeting and workshops have been confirmed.

If you are a presenter, you will be offered the opportunity to carry forward your oral/poster presentation to the meeting in 2021.

We wish you well through this difficult time and sincerely hope you will be able to join us for the conference and workshops in due course.

If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact [email protected].

Kind regards,

Amit Patel and Tristan Barrett

On behalf of the BSUR Committee
